Who We Serve
We serve individuals facing urgent transportation and care needs — primarily patients requiring medical transport and families navigating emergency travel situations. While not every request can be fulfilled by air transport, we do not simply turn people away. Every inquiry receives a personal response, and when we cannot fly someone ourselves, we research and connect them with the right resource — whether that is a charitable flight organization, ground transportation assistance, a disease-specific nonprofit, or financial aid programs. We function as a triage and referral point for people who do not know where else to turn.
